i'm not sure why but i decided i wanted to bake even though it's 30C outside and more than that inside (before i turned the oven on). i really wanted to make
these savory muffins.
cheezly is kind of expensive so i decided to use some
home-made vegan cheese for the cheese that goes in the batter and then use
cheezly for the topping cheese. they are
SOOOOO good. i could just eat the whole batch now (they haven't even cooled) so
i'm hoping when
zac gets home he'll eat a couple so i don't end up eating all of them.

I forgot about this recipe, now that the weather has cooled down a lot might try to make them again but try it with that homemade cheese. Thanks for reminding me and for the link to homemade cheese!
