Nothing too shoc...I just started to read this book. Nothing too shocking though, maybe because I have read other books about how people get their burgers and dairy products. Although I am a fa...I really liked that book, too. Although I am a fan of the animal rights argument for veganism, I think a strength of that book is that it disregards it - it got my hackles up when I first read it, but now I can see the benefit. People will be less likely to write it off as shonky science, hopefully. Anyways, it makes me feel much, much better about all the vegan foods that are supposedly maybe bad for us - soy, sugar, coconut oil.
